Postage and Carriage
All postage, freight, carriage and insurance charges are for the purchasers account. Priority will be given to carton quantity orders during peak times.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to share our passion for the products you've chosen. Thereforee, if you experience a problem with them, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchases and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging with a copy of your invoice, we will give you a refund.
Farmhouse Candleholders reserves the right and at it's discretion, charge a 20% handling fee on returned or exchanged goods.
